Terms and Conditions – E-Learning (Digital Course)

Curriculum Provider: Trubicars Ltd.

Course Completion Requirements:
Students must complete 20 hours of online instruction, 10 hours of digital homework (home-link), and 10 hours of in-car driving lessons. To pass the online component, students must achieve a minimum score of 80% on the final exam within three (3) attempts.

Course Completion Deadline:
The full course must be completed within one (1) year from the date of registration. Failure to do so may result in ineligibility for Ministry of Transportation (MTO) certification.

Certification Eligibility:
Students who successfully complete all course components (online, home-link, in-car) will have their records submitted to the MTO for certification. Only certified students will have the course reflected on their Driver’s Licence History (DLH).

Refund Policy:
A $100 administrative fee will be deducted from all refunds. No refunds will be issued after the student has accessed the e-learning platform or after completing two (2) or more in-car lessons.

N.S.F. Charges:
A $40 fee will be applied to any bounced or returned cheques.

In-Car Lesson Cancellation:
Students must provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule in-car lessons. A $45 cancellation fee will be charged for missed lessons or cancellations with insufficient notice.

Payment Terms:
A 3% processing fee will apply to payments made by credit card. No additional fees apply to cheque, cash, or e-transfer payments.

Privacy Policy:
Your personal information is collected in accordance with MTO Beginner Driver Education (BDE) requirements and will be securely retained for the duration mandated by applicable laws and regulations.
